It only hurts when I twist that way… solution… don’t twist that way! My buddy Josh and I tramped through the woods yesterday and stumbled over logs and bushwhacked our way to finding 15 caches, and I did just fine. Was pretty tuckered and sore at the end of the day. But no ill effects this morning. So, I’m thinking the worst of my battle is over. Jen still says I walk funny, but I think that may be normal!

Next update should be a clean bill of health from the Orthopedic surgeon.
